During the past year, Shell sponsored car club chapter events across the country, such as Audi, BMW, and Mustang. Through these sponsorships, Shell shared its passion for quality fuel with thousands of automotive enthusiasts by supplying Shell Gift Cards, Shell V-Power banners, raffle prizes, goodie bag supplies, and educational newsletter articles to almost 30 local chapters.

Shell was inspired by the outpouring of enthusiasm at car club events and is inviting each local car club chapter to submit a photo that expresses their passion for Shell and shows why they should be highlighted in the next V-zine! Car clubs can show their creativity at a Shell station, create a visual with members’ cars, or come up with other fun shots!

This month’s featured picture is from the Windy City BMW chapter. Shell sponsored its Picnic and Karting Race on Sept. 8, 2007 and supported them by providing banners, goodie bag items, and Shell Gift Cards for event attendees. The chapter members showed their passion for Shell and excitement about the sponsorship by sending this “thank you” picture. Thanks to Jean Trnka for initiating the sponsorship, and for sharing all the positive member feedback as well!
